Agreement to These Terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of jacquelynmikus.com and your purchase or participation in services offered by Jacquelyn Mikus. By accessing this website, purchasing a service, booking a session, or participating in an offering, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the applicable Terms & Conditions and policies.
Payment & Refunds
All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law. By purchasing a session, program, package, or other service from Jacquelyn Mikus, you acknowledge that you are making a commitment to the service purchased and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Scheduling, Rescheduling & Cancellations
If you need to reschedule a scheduled session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice before your scheduled appointment time.
Requests made with less than 24 hours' notice may result in the session being forfeited and are not guaranteed to be rescheduled. Exceptions may be made for illness, emergencies, or other extenuating circumstances at Jacquelyn Mikus's sole discretion.
If you do not attend your scheduled session and have not provided prior notice, the session will be considered completed and forfeited. Jacquelyn Mikus is not obligated to provide a replacement session or refund for a missed appointment.
If Jacquelyn Mikus needs to reschedule a session, a mutually agreeable alternative time will be offered.
Nature of Services
Services provided by Jacquelyn Mikus are coaching, mentoring, educational, and personal-development services intended to support reflection, clarity, personal growth, decision-making, and the client's own process of change and creation.
The term “healer” is used to describe the nature and philosophy of Jacquelyn's work and does not represent a claim to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental-health condition or to provide licensed healthcare services.
Services do not constitute medical care, psychotherapy, mental-health treatment, legal advice, financial advice, or other licensed professional services and should not be used as a substitute for appropriate professional care.
You remain solely responsible for your own decisions, actions, well-being, and results.
No Guarantee of Results
While Jacquelyn Mikus is committed to providing services with care and integrity, individual experiences and outcomes vary.
No particular result, outcome, financial gain, personal change, relationship outcome, business result, or other result is promised or guaranteed through participation in any session, program, offering, or service.
You acknowledge that your results depend on numerous factors, including your own choices, participation, circumstances, actions, and implementation.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Jacquelyn Mikus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or other damages arising from or related to your participation in services, reliance upon information provided through the website or services, or decisions or actions you take following such services.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, materials, content, teachings, written materials, and resources provided through this website or as part of services are owned by or licensed to Jacquelyn Mikus and are provided for your personal use. They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, sold, or commercially used without prior written permission.
Right to Refuse or Discontinue Services
Jacquelyn Mikus reserves the right to decline or discontinue services when reasonably appropriate, including where professional boundaries, safety, non-payment, misuse of services, or other circumstances make continuation inappropriate. Any payment obligations or refunds, if applicable, will be handled consistent with these Terms and applicable law.

Jacquelyn Mikus reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this website with an updated effective date. Changes will apply prospectively except where otherwise permitted or required by law.
