Refund Policy

Booking of Sessions / Rescheduling

Once you book a session for a specific date and time, you are expected to show up for the session. If you schedule a session and do not show up on time, or within 15 minutes, you automatically forfeit your session, without refund. If you feel you will be late, please email ahead of time.

A session, whether a single session or part of a package, can be postponed, delayed and rescheduled without penalty or loss of session, up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time. If a session is requested to be rescheduled within the 24 hours of the original time, we reserve the right to forfeit the session without refund. However, if you have a justified reason or emergency, that makes you unable to attend, and only know of it within 24 hours of the original time, we are open to a potential reschedule of the session, but still reserve the right to forfeit the session without refund – this choice will be made under our discretion and assessment.

Disclaimer of Results

Your results with our products and/or services may vary, and will be based on your individual capacity and life journey. There are no guarantees or promises regarding the level of emotional, spiritual, physical, mental  or financial transformation, healing or success you may experience. The testimonials used on our site are exceptional results, and are not intended to represent or guarantee that anyone will achieve the same or similar results.
